The 4 Best Trainers

0

Almost everybody needs to make this decision one day. Summer is back and so is motivation. The casual everyday run is calling! But what trainer is the best one to wear while running? We will introduce you to the 4 best trainers on the market made for men and women equally, no matter if you are a debutant or professional!

The Saucony Triumph ISO
This trainer was just published in the twelfth version. The shoe is made for almost everybody as it has a huge flexibility because of its dynamic and stable structure. This makes the shoe perfect for beginners to bring you a proper stability. The price varies depending on which type you want but can be pricier than other trainers.

The Ultra Boost by Adidas
The trainer has a lot of space in the front of the shoe to bring you nice comfort.  The bottom of the shoe is quite thick which makes it a little heavy. But the heavy bottom also makes the shoe perfect for solid ground. Keep in mind that a heavy show is not made for high interval runs. The shoe is also pricy but a great investment for beginners.

The Clifton by Hoka One One
Hoka One One is a new company on the market but also a little game changer. The bottom is 2.5 times thicker than the one of a usual trainer. That might seem weird at first but the damping through this sole is great. The best thing about it is the light weight of 217 gram. A perfect trainer for long and fast runs, for example a marathon. The price is perfect for this type of shoe!

The Fresh Foam Zanté by New Balance
Another great trainer with perfect damping and breathing activity. This makes the Fresh Foam Zanté a perfect trainer for long and intensive runs to protect your feed. People who put a lot of pressure on their heel while running are going to love this shoe as the sole of the trainer is thick and light. The price comes up to 120€ which is cheap and definitely worth it.

Check out the different trainers and let us know what you think! Also keep in mind that everybody has a different type of running and needs a different trainer 🙂
