  1. First cut the onion into small pieces. Sweat them for about 3 minutes on a hot pan.
  2. After 3 minutes add the mince for another 8 minutes. Flavor the meat with some salt, pepper and the gyros spices.
  3. While the meat fries in the pan put the kebab in the preheated oven for about 4 minutes at 180 degrees to get it nice and cross.
  4. Now butter the inside of the kebab with the feta. Afterwards add all the other ingredients on top.
